PeopleStrategy

I was the Senior Graphic Designer for Kiwi Creative, working under a Managing Director in an agency environment. Responsible for creating visually appealing and highly-impactful designs for clients in the software and tech industry. A passion for digital, print and branding projects, being equal parts creative and attentive to details.

PeopleStrategy is a cloud-based, full-service HR platform. I redesigned the website with a primary focus on creating a user-centric experience. A mega menu made it easy for visitors to quickly find the content they wanted, despite it being a sizable site with hundreds of individual pages and posts.

From a design perspective, I incorporated a larger color palette–while keeping in line with brand standards–and created a functional, reusable icon set. This was alongside email campaigns and an updated App Store / Google Play layout.

After launch, we posted multiple blogs per month with internal links to other posts and gated content housed in HubSpot. As a result:

• Referral traffic increased 4x

• Homepage views almost doubled

• Visits to their payroll services page went up by 194%

• Organic traffic went up by 8%

• # of keywords in the Top 10 spot rose by 27%
